AD Al-Ghourabi has over 15 years of experience in web, mobile, collaboration, and digital marketing and strategy. Recognized as a seasoned business and technology leader, he has championed several innovative and digital transformation solutions that drive operational excellence and increase transactional revenue.
AD is currently a Global Vice President with Dayforce, a leader in Human Capital Management software. He was recently an executive with S&P Global, a Fortune 500 company. He has extensive experience in financial services, automotive, energy, human capital management, and retail, and has led global teams in AI, advanced analytics, digital strategy, service operations, mergers and acquisitions, product development, UX design, and IT. Notable achievements include spearheading the service operations integrations for the $44 billion S&P Global and IHS Markit merger (2020-2022) and publishing a book on Artificial Intelligence in Business and Technology (2023). His areas of focus and interests are digital marketing and strategy, market research, collaboration, web content management systems, UI/UX, social computing, mobile computing, and researching emerging technologies.

AD holds an Executive MBA from the University of Denver (Honors), an M.S. in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
