Albert Infande
Bio
Albert Infande (Ed.D. in Adult Education/Human Resources Development) has been teaching Human Resources Management and Leadership Development both on ground and online for over 20 years, as well as conducting faculty development initiatives for various universities and colleges.
Albert’s corporate work experience is also in Human Resources Management and Training and Development, where he served as a Vice President in these disciplines. He has published several e-books and articles in the areas of adult learning, faculty development, student retention, customer service, goal setting, stress management, training and development, team building, and quality management. Albert has also served as an HR Management/Training and Development Consultant for business and industry as well as a guest speaker at several conferences sponsored by the Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges and most recently at the University of Greenwich in London, England.
Education
Albert earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, and a Doctor of Education in Adult Education/Human Resources Development. He also earned the Certified Online Instructor certification, the Certified Faculty Developer certification, the Certified Human Resources Executive certification, the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Practitioner certification, the Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner certification, Six Sigma certification, and various other certifications from Harvard University, Yale University, Berkeley University, and Purdue University.
