Anna-Sophia Kristjansson builds cultures where leadership and innovation thrive, and product and program failures are a thing of the past. Her extensive studies abroad, international management and marketing roles, and deep consulting experience provide a fresh, pragmatic approach to transforming cultures.

Education

Sophia earned her M.S. in Science, Neuroscience and Leadership from Middlesex University, UK and is a Ph.D. candidate in Professional Practice, Psychological Perspective, Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Canterbury Christ Church University, UK. Sophia earned her French language, culture and history certificate at the University of Grenoble, France.

Professional Background

Sophia founded Lexicon Lens in 2012 to help individuals and organizations benefit from practical strategies and initiatives that foster organizational innovation. Currently, she leads organizations to find financial success by solving business problems through cultural change that foster inclusion, collaboration, and leadership. Her diverse background extends almost 25 years and is balanced by creative experience as an advertising director, marketing executive, and entrepreneur for French organizations doing business in the United States.

Motivation for Teaching

Sophia is passionate about seeing organizations succeed and enjoys teaching the leaders of today and tomorrow about how to avoid pitfalls and build organizations that thrive.

Helping Students Be Successful

Sophia teaches students how to leverage their success and how to bridge their academic learning with professional reality. She’s flexible and is available via email and virtual office hours to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer insights from the business world.
