Bio

Tonya Tomak Maurer (M.S. in Information Systems Management, Keller Graduate School of Management) was a Technology Solutions Consultant and Project Manager for six years in Chicago at an international employee benefits consulting firm. Previously, she was the Director of Database Production for a healthcare information firm and the Director of Reporting and Analysis for a healthcare administrator. She has over 10 years of experience in systems design and implementation. Maurer enjoys collaborating with students to focus course material on practical applications. She prides herself in providing individualized guidance to help each student meet course outcomes and maximize their learning experience. She has an undergraduate degree in mathematics from Michigan Technological University in addition to her Masters in Information Systems Management.
