Bio

Cecile worked in HR and Operations with NovaCare Inc. a national rehabilitation company, the University of California, Santa Cruz, HMSHost Inc, Hawaiian Islands and Maunalani Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hawaii. Her work experience spanned corporations, non-profits and the public sector across health care, food and beverage and higher education. Now she teaches and does consulting.

Education

She completed her Law Degree in 2005 and received her PhD in Organization and Management in 2011. Cecile is an adjunct faculty online, ground and blended learning since 2011 working with undergraduates, graduates and doctoral students. In addition to credit courses, she teaches professional development courses for Windward Community College and Kapiolani Community College in Honolulu sits on the national exam writing panel for the SPHR-PHR for the HR Certification Institute, and holds my SPHR and SHRM-SCP. She is a mentor for the local SHRM chapter for Young Professionals.
