Colette Martinez

Bio

Colette joined the HealthONE/ HCA team as an intern at Presbyterian/ St Luke’s Medical Center in 2018. She worked with many teams throughout her undergraduate studies including the Outpatient Test and Treat team where she analyzed data and tracked implementation plans leading PSL to achieve the highest 2nd quarter Pres Ganey Score in the last three years. To complete her master’s degree studies, she completed a residency project focusing on patient satisfaction scores relative to employee engagement scores.

Prior to graduation, Colette joined the HR team as an HR Coordinator with Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center, Swedish Medical Center and North Suburban Medical Center. Following graduation, Colette joined the CareNow team as a Center Manager in Parker. Colette is currently a Facility Administrator with Touchstone Imaging, managing four centers in the Denver Metropolitan Area that provide outpatient imaging services.

Education

Colette earned a Master’s of Healthcare Administration from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a BS in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
