Bio

Dr. Dani Chesson (Ph.D. Antioch University) takes a design approach in her work with organizations to create service experiences, drive operational innovation, and lead transformational change. Dani has held leadership and consulting roles at Bank of America, HSBC, Westpac Bank, and Bank of New Zealand. Dani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications. She holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Organization Development. In 2017, Dani earned her Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Change from Antioch University where her research involved developing the “Design Thinker Profile” – an assessment for measuring design thinking capabilities.
