Bio
Dr. Anderson has been a practicing organization development consultant for more than 20 years. He has consulted internally and externally with a wide variety of organizations, including Fortune 500 corporations, small businesses and educational institutions. He is the author of Organization Development: The Process of Leading Organizational Change, and Organization Design: Creating Strategic and Agile Organizations.
Education
Donald earned a Ph.D in Communication from the University of Colorado, Boulder, an M.A. in rhetoric and Communication from the University of California, Davis. and B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Davis.
