Doshia Woods

Bio

Doshia Woods has spent 23 years on the sideline as a collegiate women’s basketball coach. Prior to DU, she have spent time at Tulane University, University of Missouri, Oregon State University, New Mexico State and Western Illinois University. To the common person, it may appear that I only coach basketball. However, there are so many parallels in basketball, education and life, especially when working with and managing people.

She is excited to showcase ways sports and work leadership overlap and is looking forward to joining the faculty ranks to share my knowledge with students to help them expand and grow.

Education

Doshia Woods earned a BA from Western Illinois University and an MS in Kinesiology Health and Wellness from Tulane University.
