Geoff Essman has over 30 years of organizational leadership experience in building and creating organizational strategy and a culture of innovation. He has a deep understanding of how successful organizations perform and are able to capitalize on the strengths of people and teams working towards a common goal.
Geoff currently serves as a Business Process Analyst for Workday, where he helps find innovative ways to streamline processes and create organizational efficiency. Previously, he served 29 years with the military and his last assignment was as the Commandant to the Army’s largest multi-component Basic Leadership Course for the Army and Regimental Command Sergeant Major. Geoff also serves as a senior member of a nonprofit for service members and veterans.
