Bio

James (Jim) Jim Krefft (Ph.D. in English Literature, Tulane University) is an author, executive coach and consultant who specializes in implementing organization change. With 25 years in organization design and change management, he has enabled clients to save over $4.5 billion. Dr. Krefft has published a novel, Short, with a second, Visiting Sunday, expected offpress in 2018, co-wrote Changing Course: Navigating Life after Fifty (2008) and Powerhouse Partners (2004), and has published articles on other human resources topics.
