Bio

Jenifer Ngo Waldrop has a rich background in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) from being an account executive for new markets to her professional experience in human resources. She has worked in both for-profit and nonprofit industries where she spent most of her career designing and implementing DEI strategies. She serves on the following advisory councils and nonprofit leadership organizations: Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Merck, and the National Association of Asian American Professionals of Colorado.

Prior to Jenifer leading RDDC, she spent 15 years as a diversity, equity and inclusion leader with a rich background in working in various global industries and locations. She has successfully crafted talking points for various CEOs and spoken at international conferences on the value and impact of the DEI practice. Jenifer has held various leadership positions within Fortune 500 companies and for organizations in Asia, Canada, and the US.

Before Jenifer’s career in DEI, she managed significant national accounts for advertising agencies where she identified opportunities to expand her client’s reach with new customers by designing and implementing segment marketing. Jenifer teaches because she wants to share her knowledge with others. She believes in the transformative power of education and embraces a growth mindset. Jenifer’s philosophy is that continual learning is the cornerstone of life and empowers individuals to thrive in various aspects of their lives.

Education

Jenifer holds a B.A from Colby College in Asian Studies and an MS in HR Development from Villanova University with a focus on organizational development.
