Justin Gersey
Bio
Justin Gersey is a seasoned program leader with 23 years of experience in technology organizations driving programs to delivery with his inclusive and calm approach to team engagement.
Justin grew up in Arizona and completed both his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Arizona State University. In his career, he has worked at many types of companies and industries including financial services, utilities, software and telecom. He is currently employed as a team lead at Charter Communications within the engineering organization. Justin previously taught at Portland State University both in person and online.
Justin has also taught the summer Project Management course for the Daniels College of Business that aids students in planning their capstone project for an actual client.
Justin enjoys bringing his corporate experience into the classroom for practical application of the concepts. In 2023, he re-designed the Agile Techniques and Practices in Project Management course (ICT-4170) for the University College to modernize the material to include scaling of Agile which is currently a common practice in most companies when growing their successful Agile abilities.

Justin earned a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University.
