Kim McManus

Bio

Kim McManus has 30 years of experience in organizational development across many industries in the public and private sectors. She has worked with consultancy firms such as McKinsey, global corporations such as Cisco, and government organizations such as the National Health Service in the UK. She specializes in driving organizational effectiveness, executive education, and leadership development.

Most recently, she worked for AdventHealth in a dual role as internal Organization Development (OD) Consultant, as well as Research Investigator for the organization’s Research Institute. In that role, she served as PI for studies that were published in peer reviewed journals. Throughout her career, Kim has taught graduate level courses in management and organizational behavior at Universities such as Strathclyde and Stirling in the UK, as well as Penn State and Webster University, among others, in the US.

Education

Kim earned a Ph.D. in Management and Organization from the George Washington University’s business school in Washington DC and holds numerous professional certifications.
