Kirk Buker

Bio

Kirk Buker (Ph.D., Northcentral University) started his healthcare career keeping Navy dive teams healthy. He led source selection for information systems (I.S.), transitioning to management consulting on I.S. across the U.S. and overseas, learning that when clinicians and I.S. do not work together, the health system will lose revenue. Earning a Ph.D. in data science provided the skills to complete a quantitative dissertation on minimizing insurance verification errors to improve a system’s financial health. Buker aims to partner with people who can benefit from his I.S. program and project engagements while collaborating with dedicated teams to accomplish the customer’s goals.
