Melinda Hollingshed

Bio

Melinda Hollingshed (Ph.D., New Mexico State University) is full-time professor who has taught at several universities in the areas of industrial engineering, project management, supply chain management, and quality assurance. Prior to serving in academia, Melinda worked in the industries of manufacturing and logistics, serving in roles such as Engineering Manager, Project Engineer, and Six Sigma Black Belt. In her classes, students will gain insight on structured and data-driven problem solving to improve processes. Melinda is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, as well as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
