Bio

Paul Novak (M.A., Educational Technology, University of Northern Colorado) is a technical Instructional Designer II for TSYS, a credit card payment solutions provider. He has developed training to help clients, employees, and end users understand basic programming, web-enabled information systems, network solutions, hardware software issues, and associated business processes. In addition, he was a LAN administrator and he is also the web master for the eLearning Consortium of Colorado since 2002, employing LAMP/WAMP to manage web-based solutions creating forms, databases, and the code needed to connect them using best practices in security.
