Bio

RuthAnn Ritter is a longtime People Services leader with 20 years of experience in Organizational Development & Effectiveness, Change Management and Learning & Development. Her experience spans various industries, including financial services, healthcare, IT and education. With experience as both an internal and external consultant, she has a deep understanding of team effectiveness, change management strategies and designing meaningful and impactful workplace culture.

Education

RuthAnn earned a BA in Humanities and English from the University of Oregon, an M.Ed. in English Secondary Education from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MTS from Iliff School of Theology.
