Ryan Sharp
Bio
Ryan Sharp has taught at University College since 2010. Ryan has worked directly for or with the National Park Service, US Forest Service, state parks across the country and non-profits (e.g. The Nature Conservancy) to best understand visitor use management. This experience allows him to provide students with first-hand knowledge, examples and perspectives from different agencies and organizations. With the continued interest and increased participation in outdoor recreation, wise management of these resources is of the upmost importance for the conservation of future generations.
Education
Ryan earned a Ph.D in Forestry and Natural Resources from the University of Georgia.
