Sara Webster

Bio

Sara Webster is a writer, media producer, and educator. Over the course of her 20 years in the entertainment industry, Sara has worked in a variety of forms: feature films, episodic television, brand-sponsored web series, and commercials, to name a few. She’s been hired by major studios like Sony, Warner Brothers, Focus Features, NFL Films, NBC, Disney, Marvel Television, and Netflix.

As a writer, Sara’s fiction, nonfiction, and reviews have been published or are forthcoming in outlets such as The Missouri Review, The Brooklyn Rail, Curio, and The Chicago Review of Books. Currently, Sara is at work on a collection of short stories and a script adaptation to independently produce.

Education

Sara earned her B.A. in Media Arts from the University of Arizona and her MFA in Creative Writing from New York University.
