Sarah McGowan

Bio

Sarah McGowan brings over 25 years of HR and business strategy expertise to the students at University College. She began her career at Accenture where she worked as a change management consultant across diverse industries. Sarah spent 22 years working at Ahold Delhaize, a world-leading food retailer, where she led the areas of diversity and inclusion, culture, learning and development and talent management. Currently, Sarah is a strategic HR consultant leading HR transformation in tech companies and non-profits. She is energized by collaborating with diverse colleagues from across the globe and believes that inclusion is the key to competitive advantage.

Sarah earned an MBA from Boston College, an MS in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University and a BS in Sociology from Michigan State University
