Tim Bradsby is a seasoned professional with an impressive 25-year track record in steering high-profile projects involving diverse cross-functional stakeholders. Hailing from a background that spans construction, IT, medical devices, healthcare and even Disneyland, Tim brings a unique fusion of business acumen and project management expertise to his role.

Education

Tim earned his B.S. in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and furthered his academic journey with an MBA in Strategic Management from Regis University.

Professional Background

Currently serving as the Senior Program Manager for the most extensive business area at Terumo BCT, Tim oversees all projects within the department. He adeptly manages a team of Project and Program Managers in developing medical devices for blood and cell therapies. Tim finds immense satisfaction in his role’s challenges, relishing the opportunity to contribute to an industry that plays a vital role in saving lives.

Tim’s journey in project management commenced in Boston, where he contributed to the monumental Big Dig project. His career took him to California, where he managed multimillion-dollar projects at Disneyland and played a role in Disney’s California Adventure opening. Seeking a family-oriented environment, Tim relocated to Colorado, transitioning his career to the critical fields of medical devices and healthcare.

Drawing inspiration from a family of educators, Tim’s passion for project management extends to working with students. He finds fulfillment in sharing real-world stories from his extensive career, bringing coursework to life through practical experiences.
