Bio

Vickie M. Wilson (Ph.D. in Public Administration, University of Colorado Denver) has years of experience in planned giving and family philanthropy. After a career as a financial advisor, Vickie joined Denver Museum of Nature & Science as Director of Endowment and Planned Gifts; The Denver Foundation as Director of Professional Advisor Programs/Senior Philanthropic Officer; Community First Foundation as Vice President of Development; and Friends of the Haven as Executive Director. A presenter on individual/planned giving and family philanthropy, she served as president on the Rocky Mountain Estate Planning Council, on the steering committee for Institute for Leaders in Development, and on the board of the Colorado Planned Giving Roundtable. In 2017, she received the Roundtable’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
