Vince Tango

Bio

Vince Tango is an experienced educator, facilitator, trainer, coach, instructional designer, and leader in online education and community development. As the Community Director at a leading independent publisher, Vince collaborates with experts and internal stakeholders to design and implement transformative initiatives within online programs focused on mind-body health, leadership, spirituality, and personal and professional growth.

Professional Experience

Previously, Vince was an Instructional Designer at the University of Denver, where he partnered with faculty to develop effective and engaging online courses. Before that, he held key roles at the Iliff School of Theology School, serving as the Associate Dean of Student Services and Director of the Journey Program, where he led community and enrollment initiatives for the school’s innovative hybrid master’s degree program. Vince has taught various undergraduate and graduate courses in leadership, communication, instructional design, and learning theory. He has been an adjunct faculty in the Communication Management and Instructional Design and Technology programs at the University of Denver since 2020.

Education

Vince earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from West Chester University, a Master of Divinity from the Iliff School of Theology, and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Denver. He is also trained in integral life coaching, somatic mindfulness, meditation, and yoga instruction.

Vince believes in creating a learning environment that supports self-expression and fosters a sense of belonging through discussion, feedback, and collaborative learning. He is dedicated to enhancing student success through clear communication, video content, and timely, responsive feedback. Vince is committed to being accessible to students, available via campus email and virtual office hours to provide the guidance and insights necessary for their success.
