Healthcare Policy
This course provides students with an overview of how healthcare policy develops from origin to implementation by regulatory agencies, industry, and the healthcare delivery system. The impact of healthcare policies on the 4 P’s (patient, provider, payer, population) at the community, state, national, and global levels is explored. Key entities that influence healthcare policy are identified and their impact on healthcare policies is analyzed.
